    The Ming City Wall is China's largest and best-preserved ancient city wall. The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, the earliest and largest Tang Dynasty square pavilion-style brick pagoda, is a landmark of ancient wisdom and a key witness to cultural exchange along the Silk Road.

    Day-by-Day Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival in Beijing

    Arrive from overseas. An English-speaking guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel to rest. 


    • Meals: None

    • Accommodation: 5-star hotel in Beijing. 

    Day 2: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City & Shichahai

    AM: Visit Tiananmen Square and the Palace Museum (Forbidden City). Located at the center of Beijing's central axis, it is the essence of ancient Chinese court architecture and tops the list of the world's five great palaces (alongside Versailles, Buckingham Palace, the White House, and the Kremlin).  


    Lunch: Enjoy a special meal inside the Forbidden City at the Ice House Restaurant.  

    PM: Head to Shichahai to experience old Beijing hutong culture in the city's largest and best-preserved historical district. Visit Yinding Bridge (Beijing's oldest single-arch stone bridge, offering views of the Western Hills on clear days), walk through Yandai Byway, and reach the Drum Tower to feel the culture of Beijing's central axis.

    Day 3: Mutianyu Great Wall & Olympic Park

    AM: Head to Shichahai to experience old Beijing hutong culture in the city's largest and best-preserved historical district.     PM: Visit the Olympic Park for exterior views of the Bird's Nest and Water Cube, feeling the excitement of Olympic Beijing.

    Day 4: Old Summer Palace & Summer Palace

    AM: Visit the Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan), once the world's largest museum, which blended Jiangnan garden landscapes with Western architectural elements.  

    PM: Drive to the Summer Palace, the famed "Royal Garden Museum." Based on Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill, its design was inspired by Hangzhou's West Lake and Jiangnan gardens.

    Day 5: Temple of Heaven, Qianmen Street & Traditional Arts

    AM: Explore the Temple of Heaven, the site where Ming and Qing emperors worshipped the heavens and prayed for good harvests. It features the Circular Mound and the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, with walls designed to symbolize the ancient belief that "heaven is round and the earth is square".  

    PM: Soak in traditional culture on Qianmen Street, home to historic brands like Bianyifang, Quanjude, and Ruifuxiang. Wander the alleys to photograph old architecture and red lanterns. Enjoy a special arrangement: choose between watching an intangible cultural heritage Shadow Play OR making a traditional Lord Rabbit (Tu'er Ye).  


    Evening: Head to the Liyuan Theatre to experience the charm of Peking Opera.

    Day 6: Beijing to Tianjin

    AM: Drive to Tianjin and visit the Five Great Avenues, a beautifully preserved complex of foreign-style buildings known as the "World Building Exposition".  


    PM - Evening: Tour Ancient Culture Street and the Italian Style Area. At dusk, take a boat ride to enjoy the Haihe River night views before dinner and returning to the hotel.

    Day 7: Tianjin to Xi'an

    AM:  Take flight CA2915 (11:35-13:40) to Xi'an. 


    Lunch: In-flight meal.


    PM - Evening:  Arrive in Xi'an and rest at the hotel. Later, explore the Bell and Drum Tower Square and choose between the Muslim Snack Street or Yongxingfang Snack Street (approx. 1 hour) to taste local treats and experience the ancient city's nightlife.  


    • Meals: Breakfast, In-fight Lunch, Dinner
    • Transport: Coach
    • Accommodation: 5-star hotel in Xi'an. 

    Day 8: Terracotta Warriors & Giant Wild Goose Pagoda

    AM: Drive about 1 hour to Lintong to witness the "Eighth Wonder of the World": The Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum (Terracotta Warriors), a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987. 

    PM - Evening: Visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda in Da Ci'en Temple, a masterpiece of ancient Chinese Buddhist architecture. After dinner, enjoy a night tour of the vibrant Grand Tang Mall. 


    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
    • Transport: Coach
    • Accommodation: 5-star hotel in Xi'an. 

    Day 9: Xi'an Wall & Qinling Four Treasures Park

    AM: Tour the famous Ming City Wall (approx. 1 hour). Built between 1374 and 1378, this 600-year-old fortress is China's most complete ancient city wall system, complete with a moat, drawbridges, and watchtowers. 

    PM: Drive to Zhouzhi County to visit the Qinling Four Treasures Science Park (approx. 2 hours). See rare protected animals including the crested ibis, golden monkey, takin, and giant pandas (including the world's only captive brown panda, "Qizai"), along with over 20 other species native to the Qinling Mountains.


    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
    • Transport: Coach
    • Accommodation: 5-star hotel in Xi'an. 

    Day 10: Departure from Xi'an

    AM: After breakfast, transfer to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport for your departure, concluding a joyful journey through Chinese history and culture.
